Hi everyone, well I am finally getting to our trip around the US this last October with our friends Nancy and Perry. As always, we had a fabulous time. This year we visited The Valley of Fire, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We had perfect weather although it was a touch cold at Bryce Canyon but it was clear and sunny so it was wonderful. Thanks to our friends, Mike and Pat, suggesting the Valley of Fire. The North Rim was breathtaking.
Yes, lots of pictures but this is just a few of the 700+ pictures taken on our journey. Thanks Perry for driving our asses all over. We loved every minute with you both!

| Got to the canyon early and thank God we did. We had to use the trams for the canyon and had no waiting. When we got back from our day, the lines for the trams were probably an hour wait. |

| We did a side trip to before heading to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We headed for Horseshoe Bend on the Colorado River. We were lucky to get to stop and see the Glen Canyon Dam. |

| This is one of the scariest places I have ever been. I do not like heights and this is a straight 1000 foot drop with nothing holding you back. |

| Had the greatest time staying at the lodge. They closed for the season 3 days later so it was not very crowded. It was lovely. If you have never been to the North Rim, it is spectacular. The South Rim is big but the North Rim is beautiful. |
